Registered respiratory therapists to build the airway and ventilation scenarios frontier AI labs use to test model judgment. $60 to $90/hr, remote, async, paid weekly.
Required qualifications
RRT credential from the NBRC with an active, unencumbered state license
2+ years of acute care experience as a respiratory therapist
Depth in ventilator management, blood gas interpretation, and airway care
Clear written English for documenting clinical reasoning
Able to commit at least 10 hours per week
