Required qualifications
Clinical license (RN or similar) or CPHQ certification
2+ years in healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement
Depth in quality measures, root cause analysis, or accreditation readiness
Clear written English for documenting findings and improvement plans
Able to commit at least 10 hours per week
